Bayou Bridge Pipeline: Request for Public Hearing

On behalf of the Gulf Restoration Network, the Atchafalaya Basinkeeper, the Sierra Club Delta Chapter, Bold Louisiana, the Bucket Brigade, and the Town of Henderson (collectively “Citizens”), this letter serves as an official request for a public hearing on the Bayou Bridge Pipeline, LLC, application for a Clean Water Act Section 404 permit and Section 401 state water quality certification as well as a Rivers and Harbors Act Section 10 permit to build a 162-mile pipeline through wetlands in eleven Louisiana parishes.
