(July 29, Baton Rouge) Community members living near troubled Honeywell International today released the results of two air samples taken minutes after a chemical spill at the company in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 20th.
What: At approximately 3:00 AM on Sunday, July 20th, Baton Rouge residents neighboring the Honeywell chemical facility were awakened by sharp odors that made it difficult to breathe. Shortly thereafter sirens and alarms sounded from the Honeywell facility.
