Formosa Plastics failed to comply with stipulation provisions to protect identified and potential burial sites on its property. A professional drone operator and volunteer pilots were engaged by the community to monitor the sites from July through November 2020 during FG LA’s pre-construction activities. Documentation of noncompliance is detailed in the letter.
