The Louisiana Bucket Brigade and seven other environmental groups filed suit against the Environmental Protection Agency Thursday in an attempt to get the agency to limit air emissions of the most toxic, cancer-causing chemicals released by 150 oil refineries in 32 states, including 17 in Louisiana.
